Which pigment are present in potato ? ..are th pigments located in chloroplast, chromoplast, or vacules?

The actual potato you eat is in the ground so it does not have chloroplasts or chromoplasts, and the vacules never have pigment. the part of the spud that has pigment is the above ground part and the pigment is in the chloroplasts.

Chloroplasts and such look green but are not made that way because of pigments.

Potatoes can get green when they are growing.

There are types of sweet potatoes that look pinkish red... That would be pigment.
