I can't afford MAC or URBAN DECAY all the time, I've got a few select favorites from them, but I can't order it all the time and the stores around my area don't carry their lines.
I would love a cosmetic line that offers actual color with their shadows rather than tint. Are their any common brands that you've used that really blew you away with their bright color?

Reply:I love the lorel brand H.I.P.! It works really great and I think the shadow duo's are are only 5 something. NYX (not NYC) is also a good brand. I think you can only find them at rite-aid or any other type of drug store.
