My 15 month old son seems to have no pigment in his hair on the side of his head?

His skin under this patch of hair is whiter, as well. Will he get his hair color back? Or will he be without pigment.

Sounds like vitiligo. Something to do with melanocyte (pigment cell) destruction. Maybe genetic, traumatic or autoimmune (combo of the 3) jury seems to still be out. Ask the pediatrician next time you go.
