How much Melatonin do you get from eating pork?
Does pigment come from pork?
We make our own melanin from the amino acid tyrosine.

Reply:melatonin is a hormone that is responsible for the body's circardian rhythm (biological clock) that tells us when to sleep and wake up. this is produced in the pineal gland.
melanin is a pigment produced by the melanocytes in the stratum basale of the epidermis of the skin. the amount of melanin produced by the body depends upon the gene you have inherited from your parents.

Skin pigment changes to lighter tone temporarily in certain spots on arms and legs only?
What is this condition? It seems more to do with circulation or something rather being a skin condition but I have no idea. This only occurs on my arms and legs and perhaps the most notable aspect is that the little splotches, no bigger than a pea, only become noticeably apparent in changes in temperature. As for when it those certain areas become exposed to different temperatures. It only seems to occur on the extremities also as in forearms and lower legs.
Any ideas?

It sounds like vitiligo, take a look at the link below.

Removing pigment from hair melanin?
to make lighter wat do i use???????????????
no salon or expensive stuff
Removing pigment from hair melanin?
Anything that's worth it, anything that will safely do a good job, is going to be expensive. But a few cheap ways to lighten a too dark dye job are to use a clarifying shampoo, a dandruff shampoo, Prell shampoo and/or a dishwashing detergent. The sooner you use those products after dying, the better your results will be. Or maybe try highlights, that'll help lighten up a too dark color.

White pigment of vegetables?
Leafy vegetables that are white were grown with a lack of light to prevent photosynthesis, which puts the green in the leaves.

Which pigment causes "Black" colour in hair?
Its Melanin...
Which pigment causes "Black" colour in hair?
Melanin...
Reply:Just to let you know.. actual black hair doesn't exist.
It's always just very dark brown, that's a fact.
Look it up if you'd like. Peace.
Reply:The pigment melanin is responsible for both hair and skin being black. Weirdly enough it is made up of two pigments itself, one of which is a dark brown, the other is a sort of strawberry blond.

Plant pigment question?
What does an Rf of 0.83 mean?
Plant pigment question?
I suppose you're doing Thin Layer Chromatography because Rf are normally a coefficient calculated in these experiments.
It's the division of the migration length of your substance (here chlorophylle I suppose) over the total length of migration (up to where the mobile phase went).
So 0.83 means your product migrated 83% of the way. Compare that to your standards, you should identify the product u ran on the TLC.
